Parasound Halo P5 Preamplifier with manual, power cord and 12v trigger cable. Overall very good condition. The knob for the bass adjustment is scuffed (see last pic)

I’ve been unable to locate the original remote. A replacement can be purchased from Parasound.

This is one of the most feature filled preamps I know of. There are plenty of online reviews, one of which is linked below:
