Trattoria Amici, a well-established and busy Italian restaurant at the Americana, is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone professional, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Ability to manage a busy bar while providing excellent guest service
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification
Responsibilities:
Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages accurately and efficiently
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to bar guests
Prepare drink orders for the dining room
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
Follow all responsible alcohol-service and company guidelines
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
