Key Responsibilities: Will prepare and produce sales driven quantities of food to recipe specifications, in addition to adhering to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.


Prepare food volume based on sales compared to existing inventory and incoming orders
Receive and put away food orders
Clean, organize, and rotate items in the walk-in cooler
Replenish food in serving stations and holding areas appropriately
Help manage inventory control
Frequently clean the kitchen area, grill, restrooms, and equipment, as well as maintain overall restaurant cleanliness
Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes and proper portioning
Restock front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature specifications
Interact with and engage guests and other team members.
Basic English comprehension is required. Fundamental reading, writing, and math skills are required
May be required to lift up to 50 lbs


Requirements:


Minimum Age: 18+ years old

Responsabilidades escenciales: preparar y producer cantidades de comida siguiendo al pie de la letra las recetas establecidas de acuerdo a las ventas. Debera seguir las reglas de seguridad y limpieza.
Preparar comida en volumen de acuerdo a ventas
Mantener limpio y organizado el cuarto frio
Rellenar las areas de las diferentes estaciones apropiadamente
Mantener limpia y con frequencia el area de la cocina, equipo de cocina baÃÆÃ'Ãâños y todo el restaurante en general
Seguir reglas de seguridad y de limpieza.
Preparar comida de acuerdo a las especificaciones y usando las recetas y porciones apropiadas
Mantener llena las estaciones durante los tiempos ocupados y asegurarse que se siga las reglas de temperatura y tiempo que deben durar las comidas
Interactuar con clientes y otros empleados
Comprender Ingles basico es requerido. Fundamentalmente, leer, escribir y matematicas.
Poder levantar por lo menos 50 libras.
Poder estar de pie por largo tiempo
Seguir normas de uniformes.
Requerimientos

Se prefiere con experiencia pero no requerida
Tener habilidades para comunicarse
Comprometerse a preparar comida de calidad

Se prefiere que sean flexibles con el horario.
