We’re seeking a motivated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team and help oversee operations on our busiest days. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working hands-on with both staff and guests.
Schedule:
Saturdays & Sundays (must have weekend availability)
What You’ll Do:
Support daily operations to ensure smooth weekend service and excellent guest experiences
Lead, train, and motivate staff during shifts
Monitor labor, sales, and quality standards while maintaining efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the leadership team to uphold service standards
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume service with confidence and professionalism
Weekend availability is required
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
