Civil Coffee Studio City — we’re looking for committed, punctual, and motivated cooks to join our team. We're building a dynamic kitchen team that values hospitality as much as technical excellence. Our concept celebrates Mexican heritage with quality ingredients, modern workflow, and a spirit of community — all while being inclusive of every background.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll be prepping, working the line, cleaning, and doing dishes as part of a tight, respectful, and high-performing team.

Prep and maintain par levels
Maintain portion control and food quality
Cook to order with consistency and speed
Track waste and inventory with the team
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness
Help with dishwashing and cleaning tasks
Show up on time, every time
Have strong knife skills and brunch experience preferred
Work with urgency and composure under pressure
Are hungry to learn and grow

Responsabilidades del puesto
Preparar alimentos y niveles de producción
Cocinar platillos al momento con velocidad y precisión
Mantener higiene en toda la cocina
Controlar porciones y evitar mermas
Reportar insumos y hacer pedidos básicos
Ayudar en la limpieza, organización, y lavando platos
Llegar puntual y con actitud positiva
🕗 Horarios disponibles por la mañana
📆 Se requiere disponibilidad por lo menos un día del fin de semana
