These items have their fair share of nicks, scratches, and other imperfections, some of which may have not been captured in the photos, or in the description.
The most prominent imperfection is that the room with the phone does not have any power. The other three do, however. All four battery compartments have residue from old batteries that went bad.
If purchased buyer assumes the risk that the other three rooms may not work as intended eventually.
If purchased buyer understands that there may be some missing parts, etc.
The home is a bit of a fixer-upper.
