Gets to 170 very fast. Hits the max after around 20 minutes when the warmer starts cold
My test shows it hits as high as 205 when completely empty
A full tray will heat properly
Heat sensor is mounted near lower portion of tray and works properly

You can put your hand on the stainless steel surface and not even tell it is on even after heating to 200 degrees.
Front panel gets only warm to the touch where the vents are. Back feels like a cozy towel. Sides are cool
