Vintage and collectible MP-79 lounge chair in original butterscotch suede by Percival Lafer, made in Brazil c. 1970s. The chair features a sled leg base and a simple architectural design. The seat all but conceals the straps and stretcher bars that support it, appearing to float in the frame.

The MP-79 is a timeless icon of Brazilian modernism that is comfortable and durable enough for decades of regular use.

The patinated suede is in very good original condition. The cushion remains robust and comfortable. The frame is solid and shows minimal wear.
