Designed for high wind areas and for larger umbrellas with poles up to 2-1/4"
And made for exclusive or very expensive homes and these do not go on sale like mass produced items
MASSIVE base using 1" thick plate steel. Umbrella tube is bored through the entire plate of steel. Then welded on top AND the bottom. Steel plates are welded to the base and then the German casters are attached to those plates
