We plugged it in and it turns on, we tested it and at 12 minutes, it showed low oxygen.
We are not sure what is needed to get the right amount of oxygen output.
Also, the battery does not hold a charge, so you will need a new battery for it to be portable.
When plugged it in the unit does turn on and run, it just shows low oxygen after 12 minutes of use.
It comes with the case and power supply.
