We are seeking a Medical Assistant Certified to become a part of our team! You will perform routine clinical tasks to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST. Candidate must have excellent in-person and telephonic communication skills and be able to warmly greet patients as they check in for care. Entry Level OK.
Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Answer busy phones and schedule appointments
Perform eligibility checks prior to date of appointment
Keep missed appointment log
Support all medical staff
Be a team player
Be punctual and available everyday

Medical Assistant Certification
Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
