We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) to join our treatment team. The RADT plays a vital role in supporting clients through their recovery journey by ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. This position works closely with counselors, nurses, and other clinical staff to provide direct client care, monitor behaviors, and support treatment goals.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current RADT registration in the state of California.
Previous experience in residential, outpatient, or detox setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication, deescalation, and problem- solving skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism in high stress situations.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
