Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
San Fernando Valley & Santa Clarita
$40.00+ per hour (DOE)
About the Role:
FCDS is seeking an exceptional Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will design and oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, write reports, supervise and train staff, and collaborate with families to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
Design, supervise, and implement ABA treatment programs.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
Oversee direct ABA interventions in home, community, and center settings.
Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment, fidelity, and progress.
Supervise staff, provide immediate feedback, and model best practices.
Attend client appointments, team meetings, and provide ongoing parent training.
Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
Stay current with ABA practices through professional development.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience in ASD/ABA settings.
Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing.
DOJ clearance, current TB test, valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Bilingual (Spanish/Armenian) highly preferred.
