Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team full-time. You will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure their safety and comfort, and contribute to creating a positive, supportive environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Schedule
Full-Time, weekdays and occasional weekends
Shifts: 8-hour schedules (morning and/or afternoon/evening)
Pay
$21.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and support residents during activities and meals
Provide compassionate supervision and ensure resident safety
Record basic notes, care logs, and attendance
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Occasionally assist with resident transportation (van or small bus, training provided)
Requirements
Valid California CNA certificate (newly certified CNAs welcome)
Valid driver’s license (preferred, not required for all shifts)
Friendly, dependable, and respectful demeanor
Strong interest in working with seniors in a supportive residential environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
