I am writing this post in search of a safe, clean, and stable environment for myself and my young daughter. I am currently navigating a divorce and am eager to establish a long-term home where I can continue to be the best father possible.
A Little About Me:
I am a proud, active single father with a steady, full-time job and a reliable income. I take great pride in being a responsible tenant and a quiet neighbor. I do not have a criminal record, I don’t smoke, and I am very diligent about keeping a tidy and organized living space.
Our Situation:
My daughter is my world. Currently, she stays with me every other weekend, but we will soon be transitioning to a 50/50 schedule where she will be with me half of the month. Because of this, finding a location that is safe and "kid-friendly" is my absolute priority.
What I’m Looking For:
I am looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom rental (apartment, condo, or guest house) OR ADU. I am looking for a place where I can feel at peace and where my daughter can feel at home.
I am prepared to provide:
Proof of steady employment and income.
Excellent references.
A background check if required.
