This is extra square footage that was bought for a super high-end remodel property that I was doing in the desert, which I did not end up using. I paid $5.95 WHOLESALE per square foot for these tiles and after the shipping and import taxes it came to about $7.50 a square foot. I will sell these BRAND NEW tiles at only $5 a square foot to move them fast! There are 6 tiles per box (12 square feet) and I have 10 boxes (120 SQ FEET) to sell. So $599 if you need all 120 square feet.
You can lay these horizontally or vertically, in an off-set brick pattern like we did, or all lined up in rows. We used it in the kitchen, bathrooms and living room of a newly renovated condo in Palm Desert and it is GORGEOUS. If you come to see the tile in the desert you can actually see over 1,000 feet of this all laid out and in use in a gorgeous home.
I have tried to include photos of the floor in multiple shades of light throughout the day, so you can see how rich and lovely it looks whether it's in bright day light or darker evening light. I have also shown how it looks used in completed rooms so you can envision it with your own furniture and decor.
