Brand New Metallic Silver-Taupe Throw Pillows - $79 (Tarzana)

I have a total of 4 of both of the styles that you see in the photos, and the $79 price is per matched pair of the smaller 15 X 15 size. These are the same fabric on the front and back. For the 17 X 17" size the back is a soft micro velvet in a solid taupe color with a matching zipper hidden in the bottom and these are $89 per pair.
The main fabric has a soft cotton-suede feel, and it is done in a mix of metallic silver with taupe brown accents. This metallic finish gives off a lot of shimmer when the light hits it. If you put it on gray items it tends to look very silver. If you pair it with taupe or brown items it looks more taupey. But the two-tone shimmers make this very rich and elegant looking.
Why are these brand-new, custom-made pillows being sold? They were made for a specific sofa that has a very low back and when I delivered them to my client she decided that she preferred the sofa plain and without any throw pillows on it all all. GEEZ!! What a waste of time & money! She agreed to lose (eat) the money for the fabrics if I would agree to cover (eat) the $40 per pillow cost for the lost labor. So now I am just trying to cover my losses on that part of it.
I tried to take many photos of the pillow in several different lights (daylight, nighttime, house lights on, house lights off) so you can start to get an idea of how reflective these fabric are and how you can make both of them read a lot more silver or a lot more taupe, depending on what you put them on and what kind of lighting is in the room. Just know that they are very gorgeous and high-end looking in person.
