Items #1–3 are required once or twice per year.

Items #4–12 are only charged as needed.

Small Repairs (< $50.00): Automatically added to your invoice.

Repairs over $50.00: We’ll always request your approval first.

✅ Weekly Full Service Includes:
On-site visit to ensure clean, healthy water

Water chemistry testing & balancing (pH, chlorine, calcium, phosphates & more)

Brushing tiles, steps, walls (pool & spa)

Skimming surface debris and vacuuming

Equipment inspection to catch issues early

🔧 Diagnostics & Repairs:
Undiagnosed issues: $75 flat fee (applied toward repair cost if you proceed)

💳 Billing & Auto Pay:
Auto Pay is available after your first month through your customer portal.

Late payment? If full payment isn’t received by the due date, service pauses after the first week of the month.
