We provide compassionate in-home support to adults and children with Developmental Disabilities, and we’re looking for someone who can help us recruit, screen, and onboard exceptional caregivers who make a difference every day.

Position Summary:
The Onboarding / Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, bilingual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We offer a relaxed working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment for caregivers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• In-person/virtual interviews
• Coordinate background checks and hiring documentation
• Manage onboarding and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) required.
• Previous recruiting/onboarding, HR, staffing, or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems.
• Compassionate, professional, and culturally sensitive.
