Our client has a unique career opportunity for a Senior Benefits Administrator with a track record of successful plan administration and employee service. This person will play a key role managing the day-to-day operations of group insurance programs, administering the Wellness Program, and managing employee Leaves of Absence.

The Impact You Will Have:

Serve as the administrator on health, dental, vision, life disability, medical spending, HSA and other health & welfare plans and voluntary benefit plans
Primary communicator with employees on benefits related items including open enrollment, promotion of plans/benefits and claim administration
Assisting employees at various stages including new employees on-boarding, change of life events, status changes and off-boarding
Build effective relationships with client representatives, insurance brokers and plan carriers
Contribute to the development and implementation of benefits as a member of the Benefits Committee
Administer Company Wellness program and work with wellness champions for successful implementation
Champion Work/Life initiatives by working as liaison with Work/Life Committee
What You Will Need:

Minimum of four years of benefit administration experience
B.S. Degree in Human Resources or related field
SHRM/HRCI Certification and/or CEBS desired
Strong aptitude for technology – MS Office, HRIS and /or benefit databases
Working knowledge of applicable federal/state regulations, filing and compliance requirements related to employee benefit programs and DOL requirements
Strong customer service philosophy and approach to employee service
