Caretaker, HouseSitter, Property Manager, etc... available! (Malibu)

Greetings to all my fellow residents… I just wanted to reach out to my local communities and let you know that I have had the honor and privilege of providing live-in and property care for two lovely ladies and three brilliant senior men over the past two decades and I am currently searching for another similar type living arrangement.
I am a mature, responsible and considerate man who is college educated, non-smoking and absolutely drug free with no pets.
I am searching for a stable and quiet living environment and I would love to continue residing in the gorgeous Malibu area for the duration of my personal and professional life if at all possible.
I have stellar personal and professional references as well as a spotless record and good credit, etc... I am also more than happy to provide any interested parties with any additional information that you may require in addition to more details as to the services and skills I can offer. (e.g., Background Checks, Drug Tests, etc...)
Ideally, I am hoping for a Bedroom/Guest House/Cottage/Studio space type arrangement and I would prefer to locate in an area close to the northwest coastal and valley areas if possible. (i.e., Malibu, Ventura, Topanga Canyon, Agoura, Westlake, Santa Barbara, Ojai, etc...)
However, with the being said, I am certainly open and grateful for any opportunity that may become available to me, irregardless… Thank you!
