If you are suffering from muscle spasm/tension, unusual fatigue, excess physical or emotional stress or recoverying from a musculoskeletal injury or orthopedic surgery, I have 25 years of experience as a licensed and insured Physical Therapist/Masseuse. I provide in-home physical therapy and therapeutic massage for women only to reduce stress, relieve physical discomfort or pain, achieve complete muscle relaxation and promote the healing of soft tissue injuries. I also offer education on the prevention and treatment of heart disease, Type II diabetes and insulin resistance utilizing non-drug therapies. I am also an expert in peri and post-menopause bioidentical hormone replacement, hormone testing and treatment protocols which has helped many women feel immensely better and eliminate brain fog, night sweats, hot flashes, poor libido, etc.
