We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience using hand tools and equipment, be able to communicate in English, and be eager to learn. This role involves assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components and finished products according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
Use basic tools and equipment such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices
Inspect parts and completed products to ensure they meet quality standards
Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
Report defects, issues, or discrepancies to the supervisor
Assist with inventory tracking of parts and supplies as needed
Support team members in meeting daily production goals
Qualifications
Basic experience using hand tools and measuring equipment (drills, wrenches, etc.)
English proficiency for verbal and written communication
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Overtime available as needed
Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
