We’re hiring Installers and Install Assistants to join our team. This is a full-time in-field position. Must be available for occasional weekend work and out-of-town travel. Previous signage experience is preferred, but comparable construction, fabrication, carpentry, electrical, or installation experience will also be considered. Candidates with less experience may be hired as an Install Assistant with opportunity for advancement into Installer roles as skills develop.
Installer Position Requirements:
- Sign installation or related construction experience
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Experience reading tape measures, layouts, or floor plans
- Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Install wall signs, ADA signs, monument signs, dimensional letters, and vinyl graphics
- Safely operate lifts, ladders, and hand/power tools
- Load/unload signs and secure to various substrates (concrete, drywall, metal, etc.)
- Read and interpret installation drawings and job scopes
- Perform field verifications, patching, and site clean-up
- Coordinate with project managers and field supervisors
Install Assistant Position Requirements:
- Construction or labor experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Install Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting installers on job sites
- Loading/unloading signage and materials
- Preparing tools and hardware
- Supporting installation crews
- Maintaining safe and organized work areas
All position requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid CA driver’s license (clean record)
- Must be able to pass background checks for military bases and airport badging
- Reliable transportation to Pacoima shop or job sites
- Experience with sign installation or general construction
- Comfortable with heights and physically capable (lifting 75+ lbs)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
Hours:
Mon–Fri, 6:00AM–2:30PM. Occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
Pay:
Starting at $19/hr and up DOE. Benefits available after probation period.
