What You’ll Do:
Lead daily receiving, inventory, staging, and fulfillment
Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant (HACCP, GMP, USDA)
Prep the floor each shift: print labels, stage orders, set up materials
Move product quickly and safely (forklift/pallet jack required)
Guide junior team members and maintain smooth handoffs between shifts
Track product locations, weights, temps, and documentation accurately
Maintain equipment and communicate issues early
Support a fast-paced cold environment (0–50°F)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong warehouse experience (cold storage a plus)
Forklift/pallet jack experience (certified or willing to certify)
Solid inventory, receiving, or fulfillment background
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to move with purpose
Comfortable lifting 60 lbs and working on your feet
Good communication and leadership under pressure
Knows compliance or willing to learn (HACCP/traceability)
Physical Requirements:
Lift/carry up to 60 lbs regularly
Work in cold temperatures
Stand/walk most of the shift
Operate heavy equipment safely
