# Construction Laborer Needed – 5+ Years Experience Required

**We are hiring an experienced Construction Laborer to join our growing team.**
**Minimum Requirements:**
* **5+ years of construction experience**
* Experience in:
* Concrete
* Roofing
* Waterproofing
* Framing
* Drywall
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be dependable and show up on time
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
**Preferred:**
* Valid driver's license
* Own basic hand tools
* Experience reading basic construction plans is a plus
