Responsibilities
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including box trucks and ensuring safe transportation of goods and passengers.
• Load and unload manually as required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes taken, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Assist with moving heavy equipment or freight as needed during transport operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during passenger transport or delivery interactions.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license is required
• TWIC/TSA Certification required
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in shuttle driving roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Experience in warehouse operations or route driving is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background checks related to driving history and safety compliance.
