I need someone to provide me with appropriate "opposing force" in 25 minutes worth of arm-wrestling training matches -- alternating between each arm. Each match is 30 seconds. The gig pays $25 per session ($1 per minute).
You don't need to be a pro at arm-wrestling. This is strictly informal, very amateur level. My goal is to develop better endurance for occasional family/friend arm-wrestling matches -- and for general arm/chest/shoulder conditioning.
Physical Requirements: I'm looking for a sparring partner that is in the 140-180 lb range, with an appropriate strength level (i.e. can do about 10 one-armed curls at 15-20 lbs). I'm not looking for anyone "big". A big opponent makes it hard to attenuate attack pressure to my actual endurance-oriented needs.
You will be able to use both arms if/as warranted in order to maintain the necessary opposing force without getting too tired. I will provide ongoing guidance as to the level of opposing force I need for a given phase/round of the training.
Preferred age is between 18 and 40 years old, mainly to avoid age-related injuries.
