We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce Support Associate to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting the backend of a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
You’ll work closely with team to support order fulfillment, customer service, social media engagement, and general operational tasks across our operations.
3 DAYS A WEEK/ Schedule can be flexible but ideally Mon/Wed/Fri 6-8 hours each day
Responsibilities
-Fulfillment & Orders
Monitor and manage orders
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage returns/exchanges
Flag inventory or fulfillment issues proactively
-Customer Service
Respond to customer emails, DMs, and support tickets
Handle order questions, refunds, exchanges, and general product inquiries
Maintain a high-quality, on-brand customer experience
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
-Social Media Support
Create UGC style content and videos
Monitor comments and DMs on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Communicate UGC, creator content, and customer feedback to the team
Assist with community engagement and moderation
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with DTC brands or startups
Familiarity with Gorgias, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, or Instagram DMs
Basic understanding of social media or influencer marketing
Interest in e-commerce, marketing, or operations growth paths
