Client seeks experienced legal counsel who specializes in Civic Law (as it relates to city codes, etc.). A local BID in city in the Los Angeles area may be directing funds to benefit board members as opposed to those in the BID area and retaining other board members who are not qualified by their bylaws.
Services may require filing a Writ Of Mandamus. Straight hourly rate plus approves expenses. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. E-mail brief background of experience. Offering $150 per hour plus approved expenses.
