We are currently seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to support the managing partner and other attorneys in our Woodland Hills office.

What You’ll Do:
As a Litigation Legal Secretary at GDEL, you’ll play a critical role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Your attention to detail, knowledge of legal procedures, and ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure cases move forward efficiently and professionally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and filing legal documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery, etc.)
• Managing court filings, electronically and manually, in compliance with court rules and deadlines
• Organizing and maintaining case files (digital and hard copy)
• Scheduling court appearances, depositions, meetings, and attorney calendars
• Drafting routine legal correspondence and documents under attorney supervision
• Communicating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witness appearances
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly skilled legal professional with strong litigation experience and a commitment to excellence.
Ideal candidates will have:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary
• Proficiency in court rules, e-filing procedures, and legal document preparation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & WordPerfect
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Legal Secretary Certificate or Paralegal Certification is a plus
