The Product Marketing Manager will support efforts to increase current customer paid service subscriptions with video products through multi-tactic -driven campaigns. This position will execute on- and off-platform marketing tactics, working with partners to drive revenue and achieve targets. The ideal candidate has experience working cross-functionally with internal/external teams to flawlessly deliver programs that achieve results against established organizational objectives, timelines and financial goals. Important characteristics for success in this role are strong verbal and written communication skills, world-class multi-tasker, detail-oriented focus, organizational skills, a proactive solution focused approach, and a passion for great content.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Support the success of key marketing programs through tactical execution, including digital marketing, on-platform advertising, social media, call center and retail program execution and training. ? Manage priorities and set and meet deadlines and budgets for multiple, simultaneous projects, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables ? Review and route marketing creative to ensure collateral is on-brand, approved by programming partners, and supports larger business initiatives ? Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders to produce quality output in a fast-paced environment ? Manage ongoing communication for all relevant projects with internal/external stakeholders (i.e., status reports, call recap reports, timelines, project status updates, etc.) , including successes, issues, concerns or feedback ? Review past marketing campaigns and ideate new ways to innovate
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 to 5 years in product and/or digital marketing • Organized, efficient, team player who is self-motivated and a forward-thinker • Experience in reviewing creative and advising on changes where needed • Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines • Experience managing resources, budgets and project timing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must have professional appearance and persona with a strong work ethic • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
