It’s fully functional and road worthy or you can customize the bike for a project of your choice which is very popular with our customers of 25 years. They love to convert them into project bikes and I’ve seen them look unbelievable! This motorcycle looks and runs fantastic and has aged very well no dings on tank and been well maintained with its respective law enforcement California department. ABS system wider rear fender and tire all OEM 1700CC 103CI 6 speed roars and sounds great everything is original! The motorcycle also has an oil cooling system below the front frame OEM assembly. This motorcycle does not come with pursuit lamps for the front. For civilians better choice is clear lights you can obtain at a fair price on Amazon. As the photos indicate the bike needs a nice wash I will give this motorcycle a very nice clean up and will look very very nice for it being 11 years old utilized in the line of duty.This motorcycle does not have the keys law enforcement did not provide the key for almost all there Harley’s, but I will order a key once the motorcycle is registered to its new respectful owner with all title documents in his or hers name I can present it to Harley and have the keys cut at no additional charge.
