06 SUZUKI RM295 RM250 RM 250 Big Bore Pure 2-Stroke Power - $5,300 (Porter Ranch)

This recipe gives the bike a huge boost in performance that it's now compatible to recent 450 4 stroke, leaving the agility, lightness and "turbo like" response of a 2 stroke bike. In order to make this bike rideable I had to add one tooth to the front sprocket and take 3 off of the rear one. (see picture - 14/47 instead of 13/50).
2006 and on was the best generation of this bike that Ricky Carmichael was able to win both the AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross championships with that year.

If you still want the typical big hit at higher RPMs if you go to the desert or open areas, you'll also have a set of 2005 power valve cams (not available from SUZUKI anymore - see picture). It takes 10 minutes to replace them and jetting doesn't need to get changed.
34 riding hours ago I completely rebuilt the engine by splitting the cases, replacing crankshaft, all bearings, water pump shaft, primary gear, several transmission gears, piston and every gasket. JT Chain and sprockets were replaced one ride ago.
Other extra upgrades are:
- Barnett clutch basket
- R.A.D. Boyesen reed cage (also Vforce3 comes with the bike)

- Oversized Aluminum Radiators with blue silicone hoses
- Race-Tech fork springs for a 185lbs heavy rider with Motion Pro bleeders.
- Factory Connection shock spring for a 185lbs heavy rider and re-valved rear shock with Race-Tech Gold Valve.
- both wheels are laced with Excel A60 indestructible Rims and steel specific spokes and nipples.
- Oversized 320mm semi-floating front rotor with sintered brake pads and steel braided lines (front and rear).
- Rear Tu-Bliss
- Fastway by Pro Moto Billet Aluminum side stand.
- Hyde skid plate and frame guards (worth $370 + tax)
- Pro Taper Gold Fat Bar
- Acerbis Brush Guards (with spare plastic in different color)
- Aluminum blue grippy foot pegs.
- Tusk Vibration hour meter.
- NGK Iridium spark plug
- Boyesen Clutch and Stator Covers

- FMF turbinecore 2 spark arrestor muffler (Bill's muffler without spark arrestor also comes with the bike)
