DESCRIPTION-
The only part of the 1980 Harley-Davidson Sportster that remains are the neck and front down tubes to the rear motor mount, and the engine.
Frame is all custom fabricated with no straight tubes. Frame powder coated by Rainbow Powder coating.
Original motor rebuilt and balanced by Barry Coven at West Coast Distributing, with polished cases, cut down cam covers and primary all powder coated black.
Custom fabricated gas tank, ignition switch, and custom pipes with rare crossover by Slim’s Fab Farm.
Custom made side mount stainless steel oil tank with built in filter also by Slim’s Fab Farm, mounted with CB750 connecting rods.
Hidden Zero Gravity battery in the saddle bag,
One of a kind custom made handlebars.
Limited edition covers for carburetor and matching points cover by Pangea Speed.
Custom paint by Kevin Hogan- with gold leaf and pin striping by Tom "Itchy" Otis.
Highly desirable Lester mags powder coated and striped by Tom “Itchy” Otis, with Performance Machine Brakes front and rear pressurized by a Wilwood automotive type master cylinder.
‘46 Chey taillight molded in rear fender with one off fender struts including small bumperettes.
Specially fabricated floorboards with hand made controls.
All chrome and nickel plating by Astro Plating.
Nash Saddlebag
