1972 Bultaco Alpina 250cc
Street Legal. Registered and plated
New Pirelli MT 43 tires
The Bultaco Alpina was a blast to ride for a few key reasons:
1. Lightweight & Nimble: The Alpina was incredibly light and agile, which made it super easy to throw around on trails, dirt, or even tight city streets. It felt like an extension of your body rather than a bulky machine.
2. Torquey Two-Stroke Engine: It had a punchy two-stroke engine that delivered power in a snappy, responsive way. That instant throttle response gave it a playful, energetic feel, especially when climbing hills or hopping over obstacles.
3. Trials DNA with Trail Comfort: It borrowed its DNA from Bultaco’s trials bikes (like the Sherpa T), so it could handle technical terrain with ease. But it was also more comfortable than a pure trials bike — with a bigger tank, a more padded seat, and better gearing for longer rides.
