We are seeking a detail-driven Interior Designer / Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves designing beautiful spaces and also enjoys managing the systems, schedules, and details required to bring them to life.
You will work closely with homeowners, architects, vendors, and field teams from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading design selections while also keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward.
Responsibilities
Lead interior design selections including finishes, fixtures, tile, cabinetry, and materials
Develop cohesive design packages aligned with client vision and budget
Prepare scopes of work and keep track of budgets
Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, and trade partners
Track selections, approvals, and change orders
Participate in job walks and collaborate with construction teams
Maintain clear, confident communication with clients throughout the project
Qualifications
Strong interior design eye with practical, buildable instincts
Highly organized and systems-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Clear communicator with strong client management skills
Tech savvy and comfortable with project management or construction software
Experience in residential remodels or new construction preferred
Spanish Speaking is a Plus!
