We are a highly collaborative, boutique creative team dedicated to luxury interior design and high-end product design.
We are seeking a versatile Studio Assistant who thrives in a small-team environment and is eager to wear many hats.
This is a "procedural creative" role—perfect for someone who loves the world of interior design and aesthetics but finds equal satisfaction in a perfectly organized folder structure and seamless administrative execution.
You will support the studio's daily operations, ensuring our digital presence is polished and our design assets are meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Support: Assist with preparing design presentations, mood boards, and product layouts.
Web Maintenance: Manage and update our Squarespace site (no coding required), ensuring product listings and imagery are up to date and visually appealing.
Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized digital filing system. You will be responsible for the meticulous documentation and licensing records of all studio designs.
Product Coordination: Assist in managing colorway engineering and preparing production-ready files for textiles and wallpapers.
Studio Administration: Handle various administrative tasks as needed to keep a small, fast-paced design firm running smoothly.
Requirements:
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is required for daily tasks.
Squarespace: Experience navigating the back-end of Squarespace for content management.
Organizational Mastery: High level of professional organization regarding file naming conventions, version control, and administrative documentation.
Multitasking: A "no task is too small" attitude and the ability to pivot between creative and administrative work.
