Pay: $18 to 22 per hour)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, [9am to 6pm]
We are an event design and fabrication company looking for a motivated Warehouse & Event Fabrication Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and assist with project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
• Pull, pack, palletize, and prepare event assets for shipping
• Receive, unload, and organize materials and fabricated components
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, layout, and inventory accuracy
• Load and unload trucks; operate pallet jacks and basic material-handling equipment
• Support fabrication team with assembly, painting, sanding, and general shop tasks
• Woodworking experience is a plus

Project Management Support
• Assist in tracking project materials, deadlines, and progress
• Help prepare job packets, labels, and staging areas for upcoming builds
• Communicate with team leads to ensure correct assets are pulled for each job
• Update basic spreadsheets or project boards (training provided)
• Coordinate asset returns and restocking after events
Requirements:
• Experience in warehouse, production, event, or fabrication environments preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, project boards, email)
• Comfortable working with hand tools and learning new fabrication techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under deadlines
• Forklift experience a plus (not required)
