They are 12 ohms, aside for minor paint scratches they are in very good condition .
Asking price is $95
I also have a pair of woofers to go with that, also Magnavox made by CTS. They are 15 inch 8 ohms in very good shape, asking price is $125 for the pair. If you buy the whole set the price is $200.
