Up for sale is a USED LOWELL MODEL LWR-2123 WALL MOUNT SWING OUT EQUIPMENT CABINET. This unit is in excellent mechanical shape, but does have some cosmetic flaws. The Rear Panel has some residual paint on it, the result of poor masking when they painted the wall it was mounted on. There are also several small screw holes in the back panel which were made to hold the inside cable terminal blocks. But since these types of racks go into equipment closets, utility rooms or storage areas and are rarely seen by the public, if it does the job, appearance shouldn't be much of an issue, especially when you consider the cost savings.
