Martin DM Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar with Case, Strings and Extras

It comes with the case, strings (only the acoustic) and everything shown in the pictures.

The Guitar is in good cosmetic condition but it has a crack on the surface.
However I've had it for years and the condition hasn't changed.
It has been examined by an expert who said it may have some effect on sound and structure so this is reflected in the price.
