This is one of those units that everytime I sell it, I end up buying it again! But since it's been in the closet for a year, it needs to go till I get another. It's one of those rare effects that feels more like an instrument than a set it and forget it box.

Analog modeled distortion: Provides a warm, analog-style saturation that can be used to thicken drum loops, synth lines, or even guitars and bass.

Flange: Can range from subtle pulsations to powerful howling jet screams. It can also be controlled manually.

Tremolo: Features a continually variable waveform effect, starting at sine and sharpening to triangle, fading through both sawtooth waveforms, and even allows for "slicer" effects of varying square waves. It can also function as a panner, sweeping the signal between the stereo outputs.

Delay: Offers an analog-modeled delay with a range of up to 3.3 seconds, including tape delay emulation and pitch-shifting effects. It can also be used in a stereo ping-pong mode.

Key features of the Electrix MO-FX:

Real-time, hands-on control: The interface is knob-based, allowing for fast adjustments during live performance or studio sessions.

Tempo Sync: Effects can be synchronized to either tap tempo or MIDI clock for precise timing.

Multi-band processing: Each effect (except distortion) can be applied to specific frequency bands (high, mid, low, or combinations).

Momentary buttons: Enable instant effect activation or deactivation for rhythmic effects.

True Analog Bypass: Ensures a clean signal path when effects are disengaged.

Intuitive and easy-to-use interface, requiring no menus or complicated procedures.

Exceptional sound quality, particularly praised for the delay and tremolo effects.

Tempo synchronization abilities are implemented effectively and are easy to use.

Fun fact for those who enjoy the history of electronic music, Chris Carter wrote the review for this unit in SOS when it came out.
