I'm NOT looking to quit my job and try to make it as a musician. This is a passion project. I'm just looking to write and perform some great music with great people, play shows for more than just friends/family, and possibly do some small tours for a couple weeks out of the year. I currently play with a couple bands, but looking for some other musicians who want to improve and are not content with mediocrity.
I'm fairly open to the type of music I play. It's more about the people and the passion rather than the style.
Some of my favorite bands are, but not limited to: Glassjaw, Cave In, Will Haven, The Birthday Massacre, Snapcase, Softcult.
I'm in my mid 40s, no baggage. I have a full-time job. I have transportation and good gear. I'm available weeknights after 7:00 and weekends. I live in Glendale.
I can't do backing vocals, sorry.
No egos or images please. If you are religiously, politically or racially motivated, don't bother, I'm not interested.
