Looking for acoustic guitar player (Santa Clarita)

I'm looking for someone who can play lead on acoustic guitar or bass player (or both) who can sing leads and harmonies.
I had a 3-piece acoustic cover band with tight harmonies but our lead guitarist moved to Washington so I am looking for someone to replace him.
We are old pros in our 60's and do this mainly for fun to scratch our musical itch but money does come into play sometimes.
I also am looking for someone to just get out and play occasionally at open mikes for fun and socialization.
