One Stop Roofing is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help manage daily office tasks and support our growing roofing business.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and proposals
• Organize job files and customer information
• Assist with permits, paperwork, and project coordination
• Communicate with clients and vendors
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred
• Reliable and professional attitude
Position Details:
• full-time available
• Flexible hours depending on workload
• Work location: Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area
• Pay based on experience
