We are a Fire Protection and Construction company in Woodland Hills. We are looking to hire the right individual to join our team. General duties to include but not limited to:

*Quickbooks Data Entry. AP/AR/Job Costing
*Photocopying, emailing, faxing, mail distribution, scheduling, and filing.
*Coordinates and maintains records for scheduling clients, phone inquiries, company credit card payments, etc.
*Creates and modifies various estimates/proposals using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
*Maintains Gmail calendar(s) in current and accurate status as scheduled.
*Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
*Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
*Responsible for keeping the inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed.
*Performs all other related duties as assigned.
*Submit plans to Authority having jurisdiction.
*Knowledge on Quickbooks, Excel and Word is a must.
*Computer software and internet savvy.
*Common sense, self-teaching and resourceful.
*Estimating/Blueprint reading/Take off would be a plus.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
*Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
*Must be able to work Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*Must have a valid driver's license.
*Preferably Spanish Speaker in addition to excellent English.
