We are a family-owned air conditioning company looking for a reliable, experienced receptionist / office assistant to join our team.
This is a key role in our office. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and on top of things, not someone who needs to be micromanaged.
Requirements (PLEASE READ):
• Strong experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Prior experience working as a receptionist or office assistant
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable answering phones, scheduling, and customer communication
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Able to work independently and keep things running smoothly
Responsibilities Include:
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Scheduling service appointments
• Invoicing and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks
• Data entry and record keeping
• Assisting with general office tasks

• Stays organized in a fast-paced environment
• Is punctual, professional, and responsible
• Has experience working with service-based businesses (A/C or similar is a plus)
