Full-Time Purchasing & Order Manager

Growing US company looking for a super-organized, full-time Purchasing & Order Manager to run all of our manufacturing orders with factories overseas.
Daily responsibilities:
Take product specs and quantities from our team
Get quotes, samples, and lead times from Chinese factories (via Alibaba, 1688, email, etc.)
Negotiate best pricing and delivery dates (with translation help)
Issue purchase orders and track every order from start to ship
Request daily production photos and updates
Coordinate freight forwarders, inspections, and customs paperwork
Keep master order tracker updated so the whole company knows status
What you need:
2+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or order-management experience
Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable living in spreadsheets
Reliable transportation – must work in our office 5 days a week
