We are a commercial auto insurance agency looking for a reliable assistant to help keep things running smoothly. This is an in-office role where you’ll handle day-to-day tasks that keep our clients and team organized.
Schedule:
• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Part-time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(We are open to either, depending on your availability.)
Responsibilities:
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with insurance applications and basic paperwork
• Emailing and messaging clients to collect information or documents
• Answering phones and handling general inquiries
• Providing general office support as needed
Requirements:
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers, email, modern online tools, and AI
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Compensation:
• $16/hour, paid in cash
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Potential to grow within the agency over time
